At our Celebration Assembly this week, we were delighted to announce the recipients of our Term 4 awards. We began with the Subject Magis Awards, recognising ākonga who have been striving toward their own personal excellence within a particular subject area throughout the term.
We then acknowledged those students nominated by staff for consistently demonstrating one of our seven virtues: the three Theological Virtues of Faith, Hope, and Love, and the four Cardinal Virtues of Prudence, Fortitude, Temperance, and Justice. These virtues lie at the heart of our Catholic character, and when we live them out, we show that we are directing our lives toward God.
We congratulate all recipients and celebrate the way they contribute to the life and spirit of our St Ignatius community.
