On Tuesday the 28th of October the Year 10 Outdoor Ed Class had the chance to go on the Moana trip to the MERC centre in Long Bay.
Despite the weather, we enjoyed a wide range of activities including paddle boarding, surfing, raft building, games, swimming, and more. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn about water safety and marine life through hands-on experiences. We also got to see a few animals such as the Lion's mane jellyfish - also known as the biggest jellyfish species - and we also saw some Crimson jellyfish, which were really tiny. We had so much fun, especially swimming and simply enjoying ourselves. Overall, it was an incredible day, and we’re truly grateful for everything we got to do.
