Year 11 Business Studies Market Day
STUDENT ENTREPRENEURS SHINE AT SCHOOL MARKET DAY
School grounds were buzzing with excitement on September 18th as students hosted a very successful Market Day, completely selling out every stall and raising $153 for charity.
From the moment the opening bell rang, crowds of eager students flooded the bustling courtyard. Stalls offered an irresistible array of sweet treats and handmade goods, including freshly baked cupcakes, soft cookies, cinnamon-dusted churros, assortment lollies, and custom-made keyrings. The crowd-favourite Boba tea stall saw continuous lines throughout the lunch break, with vendors working tirelessly to keep up with demand.
Driven by clever marketing, eye-catching signage, and irresistible products, every single stall cleared its inventory before the event came to a close.
Beyond the business success, the event carried a strong spirit of community support. Thanks to the overwhelming turnout and generous patronage, the student organizers proudly donated $153 in proceeds to St Vincent de Paul Society of Auckland to support their local community outreach programs.
Congratulations to all student vendors, organizers, and supporters who made the event a resounding success—proof that hard work and sweet treats can make a real difference!
